摘要
文化核心竞争力是以文化竞争力中那些极具个性特色的、极难复制的要素为基础,通过整合其他方面能力而形成的极具可持续竞争优势的系统能力。因此,应该基于以下原则构建文化核心竞争力的评价指标体系:一是系统性原则;二是结果类指标、因素类指标和个性特色探索指标相结合的原则;三是可操作性原则;四是动态性原则。
Core cultural competition is the systemic competence with sustainable competitive advantage on the basis of integrating non-copied individuality with other abilities. Therefore, the evaluation index system of the core cultural competition should be constructed according to the following principles. First, it should be an easy treatment and dynamic index system. Second, it must evaluate the cultural competition systematically. Third, it must evaluate the constituent element of cultural competition, the action of core cultural competition, and individuality comprehensively.
