摘要
采用溶液培养枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)幼苗,测定在盐胁迫下加入牛磺酸后枸杞幼苗的光合特性、细胞膜相对透性、膜脂过氧化产物以及膜系统保护酶的含量.结果表明,盐胁迫下,枸杞幼苗的光合速率下降,细胞膜透性增加,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性提高.加入外源牛磺酸后,可以降低枸杞幼苗的细胞膜相对透性和MDA含量,部分代替保护酶的作用,使SOD和POD的活性有一定降低,对细胞膜具有一定保护作用,并提高枸杞幼苗叶片的光合效率.因此,外源牛磺酸可以缓解盐胁迫对枸杞幼苗造成的伤害.
The net photosynthetic rate(Pn), the relative permeability of membrane, membrane lipid peroxidation and indexes in gycium barbarum seedlings were determined, after the taurine was added to Lycium barbarum seedlings. The results showed that the Pn decreased and the relative permeability of membrane increased and the content of membrane lipid peroxidation product MDA increased under salt stress. The taurine treatments replaced the parts of the functions of SOD, POD and decreased the activity of SOD, POD. In addition, the net photosynthetic rate in the leaf increased, and the membrane relative permeability and the content of membrane lipid peroxidation product MDA decreased, while taurine was added. So taurine could alleviate the damage of salt stress.
