摘要
通过田间自然发病调查,结合盆栽接种试验研究了不同葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗性.结果表明,赤霞珠、品丽珠、黑彼诺、白羽、雷司令5个品种高抗霜霉病,反应型为2级,田间病情指数为18.5~22.8;玫瑰香、红提、乍娜、马特4个品种中抗,反应型为3级,田间病情指数为29.9~33.4;龙眼为感病品种,反应型为4,病情指数为41.1.利用纤维素膜技术对不同抗病类型的葡萄叶片分泌物质对游动孢子囊萌发的抑制作用研究表明,葡萄叶片溢泌物质对孢子囊萌发具有一定的抑制作用,但抗病品种和感病品种的抑制作用无显著差异.
Resistance in different grape varieties to Plasrnopara viticola was investigated by natural occurrence of disease in field and combining with inoculation fungus to grape leaves planted in pot. The results showed that, among 10 varieties, 5 varieties including Chixiazhu, Pinglizhu, Heibinuo, Baiyu, and Leisiling showed the strong resistance to downy mildew with infecting type 2 and 18.5-22.8 of disease index in field, and 4 varieties that were Meiguixiang, Hongti, Zhana, and Mate had the middle resistance with infecting type 3 and 29.9-33.4 of disease index, but Longyan was a susceptible variety with infecting type 4 and disease index 41.1. It was indicated that exudations from leaves in different grape varieties had inhibiting effects to germination of Plasmopara viticola zoosporangia by cellulose membrane method, but there were no significant differences between resistant and susceptible varieties.
