根据油库收发油过程中存在的溢油问题,研制了一种完全依靠输送流体自身压力,实现对油罐液位的自力式控制的控制阀。介绍了本装置的基本工作原理,对液位控制阀的水力特性进行了分析。

According to the problem, the oil overflows from oil tank in the process of receive and deliver oil, an automatic valve which operating depends on its transportation medium self - pressure is designed. In this paper, the authors introduced its basic working principle and analyzed the hydraulic characteristic of the valve.
