摘要 在活性炭生产中,原料煤中含有的微量金属元素的多少直接影响到煤基活性炭的品位。为了改善煤基活性炭的品质,有必要探讨煤与煤基活性炭中微量金属元素之间存在的关系。本研究采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定其中微量金属元素(Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Sn)的含量及回收率,通过加标测定回收率范围在98.1%-101.2%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%,准确度符合有关标准要求。 In the production process of activated carbon, the trace element of coal affects the quality of coal based activated carbon directly. So in order to enhance the quality of it, it is important to discuss the relation of coal and coal based activated carbon with trace element. Accordingly ,the content of seven trace elements (Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Sn)and the recovery rate of coal and coal based activated carbon were determinated by FAAS in this paper. The re- suits show that :the recoveries of the elements ranged mostly from 98.1% to101.2% ,and the RSDs were within 2.0%, veracity was accord with related standard requirements. The experiment results will be helpful to the production.
