摘要 为发展柴油机新型清洁含氧代用燃料,试验研究脂类含氧代用燃料碳酸二甲酯(D imethylCarbonate,DMC)对柴油机废气排放以及气缸内燃烧过程的影响.结果表明,DMC作为柴油添加剂能有效改善柴油机的碳烟和NOx排放,碳烟和NOx排放量随DMC含量的增加而明显降低;添加DMC有利于提高混合气形成质量,缩短燃烧持续期,改善柴油机的燃烧性能;DMC是1种优良的可再生含氧代用燃料. In order to develop a new kind of clean oxygenated alternative fuel for diesel engines, an investigation into the effects of oxygenated fuel Dimethyl Carbonate (DMC) on combustion and emissions of a diesel engine is completed. The results of this investigation show that DMC additive can reduce the soot and NOx emissions of diesel engine effectively, the amount of soot and NOx emissions will decrease more when the DMC additive content increases. It also shows that adding DMC additive into diesel oil will shorten the engine combustion lasting period and improve the combustion performance. DMC is a kind of good reproducible oxygenated alternative fuel for diesel engines.
