摘要
为提高环形薄型零件的精加工质量,根据车床加工系统的刚度、装夹受力以及加工误差复映与被加工件之间的关系,提出1种针对外形为环形薄型零件的精加工工艺方案.该方案将装夹的定位点设定在环形薄型零件的轴向上,不使工件因装夹产生径向变形;并通过特制工艺装备使被加工件避开径向外力负载,将外径与环壁厚之比高达40以上的环形薄型零件加工到要求尺寸,同时保证工件的同轴度和表面粗糙度.检验按该特殊工装方案加工后的一批工件,合格率达95%.
In order to improve the finish machining quality of the annular thin-wall part, according to the rigidity of machine tool system, jig stress, relation between error-reflected and part to be manufactured, a set of machining craft plan is proposed. The point at right position should be set up on the axial of the annular thin-wall part to avoid part distortions in radial direction. With the help of a specially-made technology equipment, the part ratio between diameter and thickness over 40 can be realized as well as the concentricity and the surface roughness, because there is no radial external force. By checking a batch of parts being manufactured in this particular way, the yield of qualification is found to reach 95%.
