摘要
铬酸盐钝化处理是提高化学镀层抗腐蚀性能的一条重要途径。采用正交试验对化学镀Ni-P镀层后处理工艺进行了优化。中性盐雾试验及失重分析结果发现,钝化溶液的pH值的影响最大,经正交试验比较分析得出了最佳的钝化剂配方和最佳的钝化工艺,最终获得表面孔隙率为0、耐中性盐雾腐蚀的时间达到100 h以上的耐蚀性良好的试样。
Passivating treatment by chromate is an important way to improve the corrosion resistance of electro-less plating. In this paper, post-treatment processes of Ni-P electroless plating were optimized through orthogonal design. Neutral salt spraying test and mass loss analysis results show that the effect of pH value of the passivation solution on passivation is the most prominent. The optimized passivation solution composition and optimized passivation processes are obtained. After the optimized passlvating treatment, the porosity of the Ni-P electroless plating is zero and the corrosion resistance for the NaCl salt- spraying test amounts to 100 h,
