摘要
针对青霉素酶在抗生素的无菌检验及对食品中残留青霉素的检测方面有着重要作用,着重介绍了青霉素酶发酵动力学、影响青霉素酶合成速率的各个因素,并对今后的发展前景作了展望。
Penicillinase plays an important part in assaying antibiotics and detecting residual penicillin in food. This paper introduces the kinetics of penicillinase and different factors which influence the rate of penicillinase formation, and forecasts its promising prospect in the future.
