摘要 基于有限元反向法计算得到的毛坯存在一定的形状偏差。结合Dynaform软件,提出了基于截面线长度变化的毛坯迭代修正方法,对初始毛坯进行修正,从而确定出合理的毛坯形状。以一个盒形拉深件为例,对获得的毛坯进行模拟仿真,模拟结果与拉延件的形状误差得到很大的提高,从而验证了该方法的可行性。 The blank shape obtained by reverse finite element method has some extent of shape deviation.By combining the Dynaform software,an iterative modification method based on the change of section line length was presented.Using above method,the initial blank shape was modified and a rational blank shape was obtained.Taking a box-type drawing part as an example,the forming simulation was conducted using the blank shape obtained above,and the shape deviation between the simulated results and the real drawing part has gained obvious improvement,which has testified the feasibility of this method.
