摘要
模具寿命是衡量模具技术水平的重要标志,因其直接关系到生产加工的效率、质量和成本。而影响模具寿命的因素很多,其中模具材料选择不当或热处理工艺不合适,是造成模具早期失效的关键因素。就影响模具寿命的2个重要因素(即模具材料的选择和模具的热处理)进行深入分析和研究,以期通过对材料的合理选用和热处理工艺改进两大方面提高模具的使用寿命,为模具的设计制造提供一定的参考。
Die life is an important factor in measuring the level of die technology, as it has a bearing on the efficiency, quality and cost of production. Die life has many influencing factors. Improper selection of die material or heat treatment process are the major causes of premature die failures. In order to improve die life by appropriate selection of die material and heat treatment process, and provide references for die design and manufacturing, further analysis and research about these two major factors were conducted in this paper.
