摘要
十七大报告指出,要坚持科学发展观,完善科技创新的激励机制。知识型员工在医院的工作中起主导作用,其激励因素有其独特性和深刻性。根据医院知识型员工的特点,采用多元化、差异化等综合激励因素,建立有效的激励机制,充分调动员工的创造力和积极性,最大限度发挥人才潜能,实现知识的有效价值。
The 17th national congress of CPC pointed out that we must adhere to scientific development and improve the excitation mechanisms for scientific and technical innovation. The knowledge employees play the leading roles in hospitals, whose excitation mechanisms are distinctive and profound. Measures have been taken variously and distinctly to establish effective excitation mechanisms, as a result, to make full use of staff's creativity, enthusiasm, and potential ability to accomplish the knowledge-based values.
