肾阳虚证的研究进展

Progress in Study of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome

中医认为肾为脏腑之本,是机体阴阳消长之枢纽,因此肾阳虚证的本质一直是研究重点。自20世纪80年代以来,许多学者进行了肾阳虚证的现代物质基础研究,并深入到神经生物学、亚细胞学、细胞分子免疫学、基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等领域,同时亦创立了多种肾阳虚证的造模方法,为中医基础理论的现代科学技术研究提供了有益的尝试。

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.the kidney is regarded as the root of zang-fu and is pivotal to the wax and wane of yin and yang.So.the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome has always been one of the priority fields of study.Since 1980＇s.many scholars have carried out the studies on the material hase of the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome with the methods of neurobiology,deutocytology.molecular immunology,genomics,proteomics and metabonomics.etc.Meanwhile.a lot of animal models of the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome were also eslablished.All these provide helpful attempts for the applications of modern science and technology in the study of the fundamental theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
