摘要
将质量分数分别为2%、6%和10%的相对高分子量高密度聚乙烯(HMWPE)加入相对低分子量高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中组成诱导体系,并通过双向复合应力场挤管装置制得了双向自增强HDPE管材。结果表明,HM-WPE质量分数为6%的诱导体系所成型的双向自增强管材的力学性能最好、分子取向度最大、结晶度最高,晶片厚度较大。
HDPE induced systems with HMWPE content of 2% , 6% and 10% respectively were used to prepare two-dimensional self-reinforced pipelines via a two-dimensional compound stress field die. The results showed that the induced system with HMWPE content of 6% could form pipelines witb the best mechanical properties, the biggest molecular orientation, the highest crystallinity and the thickest wafer.
