黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chick chorioallantoic membrane,CAM)血管生成的影响。方法三黄肉鸡种蛋随机分为4组,孵育5 d后,将黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳、黄芪注射液浓缩液、空白微乳、生理盐水对照品分别加于CAM表面的载体(Ⅰ型胶原)上,作用后制备CAM标本,解剖显微镜下计数新生血管数目。结果促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成作用强弱的顺序依次为:黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳>黄芪注射液浓缩液(P<0.05)>生理盐水(P<0.01)>空白微乳;生理盐水与空白微乳组无显著差异。结论黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳具有明显促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的作用。 Objective To approach effect of Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution micmemulsion on chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) angiogenesis. Method The hatching eggs were randomly divided into four groups. Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution microemulsion, Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution, vacant microemulsion, normal sodium (NS) control article were respectively put in carrying agent (collagen 1) on surface of CAM after five-day incubation. The number of new vessels was counted by microscope after CAM sample was prepared. Results To promote chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis effect: Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution microemulsion 〉 Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution(P〈 0.05) 〉 NS (P〈 0.01) 〉 vacant microemulsion, there was no significant difference between NS and vacant microemulsion. Conclusion Astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution microemulsion can obviously improve CAM angiogenesis.
