This paper reviews the literature about the recent researches in yangming visceral substantive syndrome based on syndrome characteristics, pathological mechanisms, experimental studies and clinic researches, so it will benifit the study of diagnosis and treatment of yangming visceral substantive syndrome and correlative diseases.
