针对强直性脊柱炎的基本病机——肾虚督寒、痰瘀阻络,陈湘君教授主张外寒为主者治疗以温经散寒为主,内寒为主者以温补肾阳为主,化痰活血贯穿始终,而局部僵痛明显者主张内外合治。

In view of basic pathogeneses of ankylosing spondylitis including kidney deficiency and cold governor vessel, phlegm and blood-stasis in collaterals, professor Chen Xiangjun advocates that exogenous cold should be primarily treated by dissipating cold and warming meridians, endogenous cold by warming and nourishing kidneys, and local stiffness and pain by combined internal and external therapies.
