摘要
介绍王霞芳教授辨治咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床经验。认为咳嗽变异性哮喘是以肺脾虚弱为本,风、痰、瘀为标的本虚标实之疾;治疗以祛风散邪、宣肺止咳、燮理气机为大法;在辨证论治的基础上注重辨病辨证相结合。
This article introduced professor Wang Xiafang＇s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of coughing variant asthma （CVA）. It is argued that CVA is caused by lung-spleen deficiency and wind, phlegm, blood-stasis. The treatment concentrates on dispelling pathogenic wind,releasing lungs to relieve cough, and regulating qi activity; in addition, disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation are combined.
