胃祺饮治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效及其对血浆胃动素的影响

Clinical Efficacy of"Weiqi Beverage"in Treating Functional Dyspepsia and Its Effects on Motilin

目的观察胃祺饮治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效及其对血浆胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法将120例患者随机分为中药组和西药对照组(各60例),分别给予胃祺饮和莫沙必利治疗;4周后观察两组临床疗效及血浆MTL变化。结果中药组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.67%、83.33(%P>0.05);上腹疼痛、饱胀、嗳气、恶心等症状的改善中药组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后MTL水平均升高(P<0.05),但中药组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃祺饮对脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良疗效确切,并能调节血浆MLT水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Weiqi Beverage” in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD） of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation and its effects on motilin （MTL）. Methods 120 subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group, and respectively treated with “Weiqi Beverage” and Mosapride. After 4-week treatment, the clinical efficacy and serum MTL were observed. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 83.33% in control group, P〉0.05; some symptoms, including epigastric pain and fullness, belching and nausea improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）; the concentrations of MTL rose obviously after treatment in both groups（P 〈 0.05）, with more a significant rise in treatment group than in control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion “Weiqi Beverage” is quite effective for functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation possibly by regulating serum motilin.
