苗药痹舒胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of"Bishu Capsule"in Treating 30 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察苗药痹舒胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法采用单盲随机分组方法,治疗组30例服苗药痹舒胶囊,对照组30例服雷公藤多甙,疗程均为2个月。对两组患者的疗效及症状、体征改善进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67(%P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组症状、体征在治疗后与治疗前比较均有显著性改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在症状体征方面的疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痹舒胶囊治疗RA安全、有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Bishu Capsule” in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods Thirty cases in treatment group were treated with “Bishu Capsule” and another 30 cases in control group were treated with wilfordine for two months. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group （P〈O.05）; after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs were obviously improved in both groups （P〈O.05）, and with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion “Bishu Capsule” is effective and safe in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
