对近年来带状疱疹后遗神经痛的中医辨证治疗进行了综述,总结目前中医治疗该病的主要方法为以活血化瘀为大法,佐以运用祛邪、扶正法,临证之时尚需调整相关药物。

This paper summarizes the Chinese medical syndrome differentiation and therapy for postherpetic neuralgia in recent years,and concludes that the main therapeutic TCM methods include blood-activating and stasis-eliminating therapy, supported by supplementing healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors, and some medicines should be adjusted in the specific situations.
