摘要
在明确了钢材物流中心的服务对象、功能区域组成以及相关运行参数的基础上,应用仿真技术,基于Automod仿真平台对一般性的钢材物流中心进行了仿真建模研究.验证了所建模型的有效性,并基于所建立的钢材物流中心仿真模型,分别对钢材物流中心的改变物流技术装备配置、增加钢材加工区以及增大钢材物流量的方案进行了仿真计算,并与原有的钢材物流中心方案进行了分析比较.研究表明,采用仿真工具不但可以诊断出原有钢材物流中心运行中关键设备的利用率,而且还可以预测功能布局方式与规模改变后钢材物流中心的运行特性,所得到的仿真结果可作为钢材物流中心改造的决策依据.
After ascertaining the objects served, the function areas included and relative running parameters, a model of a general steel logistics center was given based on the Automod simulation platform by using simulation technique, and then its validity was validated. Based on the model, several cases such as changing the logistics technology equipment layout, adding the steel machining area and increasing the steel logistics quantity are simulated and contrasted with the original scheme. It is indicated that using simulation can not only diagnose the efficiency of the equipments in original steel logistics center, but also forecast the running characteristic of the steel logistics center after the layout and the scale are altered, so the result can be used as a decision-making reference of rebuilding the logistics center.
