This paper mainly elaborates the fundamental objective and effective means of talents cultivating in universities and lists some phenomena of alienation concerned in this cultivating process. Therefore, it points out that the contemporary university education should return to its original orientation, realizing cultural consciousness to promote the integration of humanistic spirit and scientific spirit.
