摘要
德国应用科学大学(FH)经过30多年的发展,形成了较为完善、成熟的应用型本科人才培养体系,对中国众多的地方性本科院校的办学定位及教学改革有许多可借鉴之处。本文以浙江科技学院为例从办学定位、培养方案、培养模式、支撑条件等4个方面阐述了借鉴德国应用科学大学(FH)办学经验在培养应用型本科人才方面所做的探索与实践,以供我国应用型本科院校参考。
In the past 30 years, the German universities of Applied Sciences (FH) have created a complete and mature system to cultivate application-oriented undergraduate talents. Its experience can be made use of in the education orientation and teaching reform of many local universities in China. This paper describes the experimental practice in cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents conducted in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology in terms of the education orientation, the cultivation concept, cultivation module and the supporting conditions based on the experience of FH, providing some references for application-oriented undergraduate education in China.
