Research on the Innovative Ability Cultivation of Applied Talents in General Undergraduate Universities

在研究应用型创新人才培养条件以及知识、能力和素质结构要求基础上,提出了应用型人才创新能力培养模式;结合学校土木工程专业人才培养改革,介绍了该模式的应用,提出了"5+1+2"模式以及"三融合、两渗透"的应用型人才实践能力和创新能力培养方法。

Based on the research of conditions and requirements of knowledge, ability and quality structure for cultivating the innovative applied talents, this paper proposes the cultivation model of the talents＇ innovative ability. In the light of reforms of talents cultivation in civil engineering in the university, it also introduces the application of this model and puts forward the formula of “five plus one plus two” and the “three-fusion, two-infiltration” approaches to cultivating applied talents＇ practical and innovative ability.
