摘要
为研究磷石膏渣坝的稳定问题,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行参数研究,通过编制相应的Python脚本文件,在ABAQUS中实现了自动强度折减法,并以此计算了某磷石膏渣坝渗流作用下的边坡稳定。根据渗流场的分布提出在初期坝上游以及磷石膏下游的底部设置排渗棱体。计算结果表明该处理措施能大幅降低浸润线,并提高边坡稳定性能,且该排防体系的布置造价较低,具有实际工程意义。
In this paper, the slope stability problem of phosphate gypsum dam witn steaay seepage is anslyzed, and the parameter study is carried out with finite element software ABAQUS. By editing the Python script file, the strength reduction FEM method is realized in ABAQUS through parameter study, which has the characteristic of finding the slope surface automatically. In this way the slope stability with steady seepage is studied. In accordance with the seepage field obtained by the above method, a new method which sets drainage body be- tween first dam and phosphate gypsum dam is presented, and the calculated result shows that this measure can reduce the location of phreatic surface of seepage field of dam greatly, meanwhile the slope stability is improved. The disposal of new drainage system is cheap so it has practical engineering significance.
