摘要
为使沥青混合料流在布料槽中形成不完整螺旋流,改善其均匀性,运用理论力学和流体力学的基本概念,对沥青混合料粒料在摊铺机布料槽中运动的速度特性进行了分析,提出了在布料槽中形成理想混合料流,螺旋布料器所应具备的结构和转速,以及充盈参数等技术条件。
In order to improve the uniformity of asphalt flow in screw distributor, the speed characteristics of asphalt concrete flow are analyzed using theoretical mechanics and hydromechanics. The reasonable structure and rotate speed of screw distributor are presented. Some technical parameters such as filling coefficient are obtained.
