制度文明是中国特色社会主义文明建设的基本走向

Institutional Civilization:Destination of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

改革开放以来,中国共产党逐步形成了以制度文明为核心的中国特色社会主义文明观。邓小平以生产力发展为核心、以市场经济为取向的经济制度建设思想,以民主法治为重点的政治制度建设思想,奠定了我国制度文明的基础。江泽民与胡锦涛的政治文明与和谐社会建设思想发展了邓小平的文明观,强调了制度安排的配套和制度结构的合理。在和谐社会制度建设中,制度的规范性、有效性、可操作性是重点,同时要兼顾经济效益、社会效益和政治效益,这是社会和谐、国家持久发展的保证。

Since the implementation of the Opening Policy, the Communist Party of China has determined the institutional civilization construction as one of its key targets, and the establishment and development of productive force, as proposed by DENG Xiao-ping, the market economy, and the political operation based on democracy and law have contributed to foundation of institutional civilization. JIANG Ze-min and HU Jin-tao have furthered development DENG＇s thoughts in this respect and thus a harmonious society based on institutional civilization is being steady under way.
