基于耕地占补平衡的基准农田理论初探

Primary Study on Theory of Standard Farmland Based on Cultivated Land Balance

耕地占补平衡中的补充耕地数量、质量等级换算可选用地区内基准农田作为控制标准。根据耕地产量定质量,分析建立地区耕地占补考核标准,探讨建立耕地占补平衡考核体系的方法,从而为落实"补充耕地的数量、质量按等级折算"提供支撑。

It could select the standard farmland to take the control standard when complementary cultivated land quantity, quality according to the rank conversion in the area for cultivated land balance. The purpose of this study was to establish the local assessing system standard of cultivated land balance according to the cultivated land output standard quality, then discussed one kind of methods which could establish an assessing system of cul- tivated land balance, for providing the support in actualizing “complementary cultivated land quantity,quality according to the rank conversion”
