西部主体功能区产业布局--基于产业梯度转移理论的思考

Industrial Distribution of Main Functional Areas in West China——Analysis on Theory of Gradient Industrial Transfer

随着国家主体功能区战略的实施,对产业布局提出了新的标准,强调把产业布局在区位优势明显、环境承载力高的重点和优化开发区。对产业梯度转移的一般规律在我国的应用提出了质疑。通过东西部传统产业比较优势的对比,做出西部传统产业向东部逆向转移并承接高新产业的结论,提出了对该模式的可行性建议。

With the strategy of the main functional areas implementing,industrial distribution was required new standards, which focused on the factors of great competent location and highly environmental costs in the process of industrial distribution. By compared the common industrial advantage between west and east in China,this paper considered that the common industry transferring theory was an unsuitable way in China and put forward some suggestions about adjusting and promoting the western industrial development.
