摘要
企业不同的发展阶段必须有相应的企业文化与之协同。而当前中小企业在文化建设方面却存在许多的缺陷和不足,文化建设与企业的组织成长不协调。应通过培育与中小企业发展阶段相适应的企业文化,保证中小企业持续、稳定和健康的发展。
The different development stages of enterprises should conform to the enterprise culture. However, the present small and medium enterprises have defects in the building of culture, which is not suitable to their organization. It's necessary to foster the enterprise culture in conformity with the development of the enterprises to ensure the sustainable, stable and sound development.
