摘要
重点论述了碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)锥形管在采用热缩套管成型工艺过程中表面易产生皱褶、孔隙的原因,指出了热缩套管的残余收缩率及柔韧性不利于树脂的流动和气泡的排出。试验结果表明:成型过程中尽可能采用预压实工艺,排出预浸料吸收的水分及铺叠过程中夹裹的气体;选择合适的热缩套管,是解决CFRP尾撑杆表面皱褶和气孔等工艺质量缺陷的关键。
The reason that CFRP cone tube fabricated by means of heat shrinkable tubing was prone to the quality defect of void and rumple was studied, and it was pointed out that the heat shrinkable tubing, s residual shrinkage and flexibility was unfavourable to the flow of the resin and the expelling of the gas. The results showed prepressing technology should be applied to expel the gas and the moisture absorbed by the prepreg, and a suitable heat shrinkable tubing was the key to eliminate the quality defect.
