摘要 主要研究了端羧基及端胺基聚酯型超分散剂对不饱和聚酯树脂/氢氧化铝(UPR/ATH)复合体系热性能的影响。研究表明:GC022、GC032高摩尔质量超分散剂使复合体系中ATH失结晶水温度较高,GCO22、GC023端羧基超分散剂使树脂分解温度提高较大,ATH及超分散剂的加入使复合体系的固化程度略有下降,端胺基超分散剂最为明显,超分散剂的含量对复合体系的热变形温度影响存在一个最佳值,GC022为2%左右,端羧基超分散剂对UPR/ATH复合体系的热变形温度的改善优于端胺基超分散剂,高摩尔质量的分散剂优于低摩尔质量的分散剂。 The effects of polyester hyper-dispersants with carboxyl end groups and those with aminate end groups on the thermomechanical properties of unsaturated polyester resin (UPR)/aluminum hydroxide (ATH) composites were investigated. The results showed GC022 and GC032 high molecular dispersants achieved the higher temperature of losing crystal water of ATH in the composites, while GCO22 and GC023 hyper-dispersants with carboxyl end group rose the decomposition temperature of the resin in the composite, the cure degree of the resin was reduced slightly by the filling of ATH or hyper-dispersant, and the reduction was more obvious for hyper-dispersants with aminate end group. There was an optimum of hyper-dispersant content for the thermal distortion temperature of the composite, such as GC022 at about 2 %. The improvement of the thermal distortion temperature of the compos- ite was greater by hyper-dispersants with carboxyl end group than that by the one with aminate end group, and high molecular hvper-dispersants was superior to low molecular hvper-dispersants.
