PVC软硬共挤双层复合发泡板材配方及工艺研究

Study on Formulation and Co-extrusion Technology for Foamed PVC Sheet with Double Layers

采用共挤出方法制得了表层为软面热塑性弹性体、内层为硬支撑体的聚氯乙烯发泡板材。研究了AC发泡剂用量、外润滑剂用量以及加工温度对配方体系的影响。实验表明,它们是影响发泡板材的重要因素。在最佳工艺条件下,制得的板材能达到各项性能指标。

Foamed PVC sheet having flexible thermoplastic elastomer outer layer and rigid inner layer was prepared by means of co-extrusion. The effects of AC foaming agent content, wax lubricant content and processing temperature on the formulation of the sheet were studied. The results showed the factors mentioned above were the most important factors to foamed PVC sheet. The prepared product could meet all property index under the condition of the optimal processing technology.
