摘要
研制了钢/聚氨酯/钢复合板材,根据材料的性能及施工工艺要求确定了一步法作为聚氨酯芯材的合成方法。通过处理前后基材表面能的测定、表面化学状态变化的表征以及复合板材制品黏合数据的对比分析,表明等离子表面处理是钢板表面处理的最优工艺,具有实用推广价值。
Steel/polyurethane (PU) /steel sandwich plate was developed. In according to the property and application process requirement, one-shot method was decided as the preparation method of PU structural core material. The results of the analysis of the steel plate surface energy, the characteristics of the surface chemical con- dition and the results of final product bonding strength of the plate showed plasma surface treatment was the best and most valuable method for the surface treatment of the steel.
