摘要
以粉碎的油菜秸秆为原料,通过TGA-DTG研究其热特性,并采用双氨基硅烷对油菜秸秆粉进行疏水化改性,以提高油菜秆纤维与PVC的相容性。研究结果表明:油菜秸秆粉耐热性可以满足加工要求,油菜秆木塑材料的力学性能及卫生指标均能达到国家标准要求。
With comminuted rape straw as material, the thermal characteristic of the rape straw was studied by means of TGA-DTG. The comminuted rape straw powder was hydmphobic modified by double amino-silane coupling agents to improve the compatibility of the rape straw powder to PVC. The results showed the heat resistance of the rape straw powder could meet the processing requirements. The mechanical properties and sanitary indexes of the rape straw/plastics could meet the national standard. This research provides guide in theory and methods for the replacement of timber by wood/plastics composite.
