近两年来,IPTV牌照问题一直广受电信和广电两大行业的关注。介绍了IPTV牌照发放以及电信运营企业参与IPTV运营与试验的情况,重点分析了上海和哈尔滨两个城市IPTV运营模式与市场发展的情况。
This article firstly introduces the background of soft switching technology, and describes the characteristics of signaling monitoring in NGN environment and its architecture and networking. At last, the author expounds the trends of NGN signaling monitoring in the future.
