A Survey and Analysis of Medical Information Standards

医学信息学领域存在并正在发展着大量的标准。这些标准对于医学信息的表达、交换与共享,实现数字化医疗和医疗信息化,起着至关重要的作用。对现有的医学信息相关标准和作用进行分类分析,着重探讨参考信息模型和集成应用规范方面的问题,对医学信息标准化的发展进行展望。

There exist lots of standards in the medical informatics domain. These standards play important roles in the areas of medical information representing, exchanging and sharing, and also in implementing the integrated healtheare information systems. In this paper, the various standards and its functionalities were surveyed and analyzed, while the focus was put on the Reference Information Model and the System Integration Profiles. Finally the development of medical information standards was discussed.
