我国职业竞技体育产权制度变迁与创新研究

Innovational Institution and Change of Property Rights of Professional Competitive Sports in China

针对我国职业竞技体育产权不清的问题,应用制度经济学相关原理与方法,研究职业竞技体育产权制度变迁与创新的问题,得出的研究成果:职业竞技体育产权是人们关于职业竞技体育服务产品、知识产权、人力资本以及体育设施使用、转让、获取收益和保护所形成的一系列社会规范。我国职业竞技体育产权制度变迁的基本方式是渐进式变迁。我国职业竞技体育产权制度创新要从组织变革和市场建构上有所突破。

Confronted with the problem of the obscurity of the professional competitive sport＇s property right in China, the author has studied the problem of the professional competitive sport＇s institutional change and innovation by using the relevant theories and methods of Institutional Economics, and got an outcome： the professional competitive sport＇s property right is a series of social conventions formed when people are using, transferring, profits earning and protecting the professional competitive sports＇ service products, property right, human capital and facilities. The basic way of the professional competitive sport＇s institutional change in China is a gradual one. Our Chinese professional competitive sport＇s institutional innovation needs breakthroughs from both organizational change and market construction.
