摘要 职业倦怠既直接制约着高中教师的身心健康,又会严重损害教师的专业成长。从安源精神层面探究缓解乃至消除倦怠的组织对策,对于充分利用红色文化资源,持续增进教师的健康水平和专业成长,以及大力提升高中教育的工作质量,都有直接的现实意义。转型期,学校组织文化的悄然变化为高中教师职业倦怠的形成提供了文化温床,而基于安源精神的拒怠组织工作则需以勇于开拓的气概实施人性化管理,积极创造和谐的人际环境;以团结奋斗的群体观念培养教育凝聚力,组织校园文化建设;以义无反顾的坚定意志克服内外困难,大力强化职业理想和教育信念。 Job burnout not only restricts directly the health of body and minds of senior middle school teachers but also hamper their growth in their specialty. During transition, unnoticed changes in organizational culture of senior middle schools offer a cultural hotbed for the formation of teachers' job burnout. However, Anyuan Spirit is treasured spiritual wealth we are seeking for to prevent job burnout. From the perspective of Anyuan Spirit, seeking for an organizational strategy for alleviating even demolishing job burnout, has direct realistic significance in fully utilizing the Red Culture resources, keeping sustainably improving teachers' health level and growth of their specialty, and greatly improving the educational quality of senior middle schools.
