摘要
为了寻求判断烟叶田间成熟的生理生化指标,用磺基水杨酸法测定烟叶游离脯氨酸含量,结果表明,烟叶自未熟至过熟,游离脯氨酸含量呈"V"形曲线变化规律,其值达最低点时为烟叶适熟期,可作为判断烟叶田间成熟度的生化指标。此测定方法简单可靠,并且样品的状态(鲜、干)不影响测定值,适宜于对大批量样品的测定。
In order to explore the physiological and biochemical indexes which could be used to judge the maturity degree of flue-cured tobacco leaves in the field, the free proline in tobacco leaves was extracted with sulfosalicylic acid and mensurated with spectrophotometer. The results showed that the free proline content in tobacco leaves showed "V" shape from unripe to overripe. The time when the lowest proline content in the leaves appeared was the optimum harvest stage. The results suggested that the free proline content in leaves can be used as a index to determine the optimum harvest date, and this method was reliable, simple and direct.
