棉花漂浮育苗播种方法对成苗及棉苗素质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了简化棉花漂浮育苗技术,2006-2007年在湖南农业大学以农杂66F1棉花品种为材料进行了棉花不同摆放方式、不同覆盖厚度和不同播种深度的育苗试验。结果表明:棉花干子干播以横放效果最好,出苗率和成苗率高,戴帽率低,且棉苗茎粗、主根长、一级侧根数、茎鲜重和根鲜重均优于对照和其他处理;棉花基质不同覆盖厚度试验中,以覆盖厚度1.0~1.5cm为佳,出苗率达到90.0%以上,戴帽率在5.0%以下;棉花漂浮育苗当覆盖基质均为1.5cm时,播种深度在1.5~2.0cm棉苗出苗率和成苗率都在90.0%以上,棉苗戴帽率仅为1.0%。 In order to simplify the techniques in floating nursing system, F1 of Nongza 66 was used as material to conducted experiments on different laying manners, cover thickness and sowing depth in Hunan Agricultural University in 2006-2007. Experiment on seed laying manner showed that horizontal laying was the best for heightening seedling rate and standing seedling rate and reducing the ratio of seedling with seed coat. At the same time, the stem radical, primary root length, the number of lateral roots, fresh stem weight and fresh root weight in horizontal laying treatment were higher than those in control and others treatments. Experiment on cover thickness showed that seedling rate was above 90. 0% and ratio of seedling with seed coat was lower than 5% in 1-1.5 cm treatments. When seed cover thickness was 1.5 cm, both seedling rate and standing seedling rate were above 90. 0% and the ratio of seedling with seed coat was 1.0% in sowing depth 1.5-2.0 cm treatments.
