摘要
结合高耸铁塔测试项目,介绍了项目主体测试小车在高耸异型铁塔上,实现不同运行方式的自动化控制系统设计,阐述了自动化控制系统组成、控制原理、软件编程、界面设计、测试系统限位及安全防护、自控元器件选型等,并对系统通讯集成和测试体系控制精度也进行了分析。
In the light of the test project for top tower, this paper introduces the design of automatic control system for the test car's different running modes on the top different-type tower. It consists of the control system's components, software programme, interface design, limit of the test system and safety protection. The paper also elaborates the automatic control theory, choice of the self-control component type, system communication integration and the control precision analysis of the test system.
