摘要
随着企业间竞争日趋白热化,越来越多的企业已经意识到企业的生存和发展依赖于它们吸引、培养和激励人才的能力,企业人力资源管理被认为是现代企业管理的核心。分析了中国建筑工程承包企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题,并在此基础上系统研究了加强人力资源管理的具体对策。
With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, more and more enterprises have finally realized that enterprises' survival and development count on the capability of absorbing, retaining and inspiring talents. The development and management of human resource are regarded as the core content of modern enterprise management. Complying with problems of Chinese construction contracting enterprises, the paper proposes countermeasures on the human resource management.
