本文分析了城市房地产项目图文资料管理存在的问题,阐述了基于ComGIS的房地产图文资料管理系统的技术路线、功能模块设计,介绍了系统实现的主要功能,讨论了系统实现过程中的若干关键技术。

This thesis analyzes the problems which exist in the management of urban realty drawing documents information, and expatiates on its technology course adopted in realizing urban realty drawing documents management information system and its function modules and introduces the system＇s main functions. Meanwhile, the key technologies are also expatiated.
