摘要
服务外包作为新世纪现代服务业的一种新业态,已成为跨国公司对外直接投资的热点。创造以跨国公司总部经济为特征的中国外包中心,把承接各种服务外包业务作为我国吸引外资的新增长点,大力发展服务外包产业,是当前我国外资政策调整的方向。
Outsourcing is becoming the hot field of foreign direct investment. The suggestions ot this article for developing global outsourcing are： to build new policies in order to create Chinese outsourcing center by attracting more R＆D foreign investment to China, meanwhile to create unique outsourcing markets in different areas of China based on local special resources, and to make best use of the advantages of economic areas where could be the big markets of outsourcing.
