Exploration of the Development of the Graduate Students' Innovative Potential

研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的基础,开发研究生创新潜力是建设创新型国家的关键。本文在分析研究生教育创新内涵的基础上,从研究生教育观念、机制、模式的创新,加强研究生导师素质和能力的创新,强化研究生创新思维的培养,以及营造良好的研究生创新氛围等方面对其进行了探讨。

The graduate education is the foundation on which the high-level innovative talent is trained. The development of the innovative potential of the graduate students is the key to the building-up of an innovation type nation. Based on analyzing the innovation content of the graduate education, this paper discusses these innovative questions related to the educational idea, mechanism and pattem, strengthening the quality and ability of the teachers of the graduate, cultivating the graduates＇ innovative thinking, and creating a good environment for innovation etc.
