随着计算机、网络技术特别是DCS(distributed control system)技术的发展,电站集控室中的盘台、仪表等设备越来越少,趋向于取消,而代之以全CRT的DCS。计算机技术的进步也带来了基于虚拟的仿真策略,它主要指可视化技术、图形图象技术、多媒体技术MS(multimedia simulation)、虚拟现实技术在仿真系统中的开发和应用。

Development of computer network technology, especially the DCS （distributed control system） technology, instrum ents and equipment in the centralized control chamber of power plant become less and less to the exlent of disappearance, whichare substituted by DCS in CRT. With the development of computer technology, virtual-based simulation strategy makes a great progress. It mainly includes the visualization technology, the graphics technology, the multimedia technology, the development and application of virtual reality technology in simulation system.
