摘要
围绕我国高校学生的培养目标,指出高校学生智育管理的法制还比较加强,但德育、体育的法制还需进一步完善,同时指出应不断完善学生求学过程中接触的相关人员的行为规范,力求使其确定化、制度化。
On the goal- oriented basis, the thesis exemplifies the necessity of perfection of laws in moral education and physical culture. Meanwhile, it places an emphasis on the manners of college students and makes the personnel concerned behave well.
