摘要
师德建设是教师队伍建设的灵魂。通过问卷调查,准确了解我校师德建设的现状、存在主要问题,分析出现问题的原因,提出加强师德建设的长效机制。
Teaching ethics is the soul. This thesis, through the questionnaire, points out the problems in teaching ethics, explores the reasons causing these problems and presents the ways to form an excellent teaching ethics.
